Great So Far
Did not like how it was dropped off to my door. Box was upside down. No battery likes that but that is on Amazon not the product it’s self. So far so good with the battery

Powerful and high quality
Battery replacement on my Jeep Gladiator. Took out the ridiculous stop/start battery and put in this more powerful battery. Very happy with it so far.

Failed after 9 months, Odyssey ignored my warranty request
I purchased 2 of these for my 2012 Ram 3500 in March 2019. By December, one of the two had failed, holding less than 10v after a full charge. Since my truck runs 2 batteries in parallel from the factory, both batteries had seen the exact same duty over those 9 months. Since only one of them failed and the other was still working properly, it was clearly a manufacturer defect. I requested warranty service through the online form at the manufacturer's website. They ignored my request. Unfortunately since my truck uses 2 batteries and they should always be replaced in pairs, I had to replace both batteries at my expense. Poor quality batteries, poor customer service. This is a bad combination. I'd recommend avoiding the Odyssey brand.

Only long lasting battery available
These are built with virgin lead and to military specs. My diesels batteries were 100% at 11-years when sold and will buy nothing else.

What can I say, it's Odyssey
EDIT Feb. 2023I forgot about this, and needed to update. MB dealer apparently was right. It seemed to start charging back up, and even appeared to be charged, until it didn't. There was/is something wrong with it, something I've never experienced but while it showed to have charged up, although a little rough, it didn't have power and acts as if it's internally shorted, to the point I wasn't comfortable putting any charger back on it. $250 out the window. FYI, I'm about to replace a pair of Odyssey Extremes in my truck that are about 6 years old. They're weaker, and worse with temps in the 20's and it sitting for several days, to the extent, in this winter storm after not being ran in 4 days, they can't start my 6.0 PSD. But they're taking a charge as normal. 6 years in sub-optimal conditions for any battery, but those were Extremes and bought from a truck aftermarket retailer. For this battery listed here, I bumped my rating down to 2 stars just because it did work, but not without strange issues, for several months. With the nearly 50% increase in price at this time (2-1-'23), I'd run from it.EDIT Feb. 2020It's been several months, but the same issues started up with this battery. MB dealer wanted to replace with an OEM so we swapped it. Luckily I kept the original. They said the Odyssey tested bad. ??? I put it on a charger/conditioner and it took about 48 hours to act right. It did seem to eventually charge back like it should be. I'll be checking it again to see if it indeed seems healthy again. The 2 Odyssey Extremes I have on my truck never take more than 30 minutes or so to show 100% back to normal, as if they're still brand new. This one may just be a dud, or there was an issue with the car but who knows. Looks like my daughter has a $250 extra battery or anchor. FYI, because it had been several months, I didn't contact the seller. I'd have a hard time expecting them to take it back at that point especially not being confident that the battery is the issue. My daughter MB started getting finicky because a slight voltage drop in the OEM battery. Starting just fine, but when cold especially, would tell her the voltage was low and to stop and let the car idle. It also would not go into Eco mode when stopping (shuts the engine off but keeps everything else powered while sitting at a red light for example)Putting a god charger on it showed it was still healthy but the car wasn't happy with whatever little drop it had. I switched my truck (diesel) over to Odyessy Extremes 2 years ago and will never run a different battery. It's the power hungry Ford 6.0 PSD that eats batteries. The Odyssey's keep the truck and all the control modules that suck batteries dry, very happy. So it made sense that I'd talk my daughter into an Odyssey for hers. As luck would have it, I found the original OEM spec battery by Odyssey available but very limited so when it was available I ordered one. MB has changed the battery spec'd for the car but it's not the same amps, or size.I popped this one in her car and it's happy as can be. She thought it was expensive, until I showed her what an MB dealer would charge to replace it with another US made AGM MB OEM battery (smaller now) vs. Dad's free labor and a much better quality higher power battery.

Best battery on the market.
After reading the reviews I, realized that this is probably the best battery manufacturer on the market - and made in U.S.A. which means that they actually test the product rather than letting the customer test the product. The last Bosch battery really let me down.

Much more powerful than OEM battery
The BMW branded battery is only 650 CCA, this one is 850. Also, it is significantly heavier than the OEM battery (more lead plates in the same physical size). I bought this battery because of on-line reviews that rated Odyssey batteries as "the best of the best".

CRAP BATTERY, 5 Months OLD and already DEAD
I had purchased Oddessey Batteries in the past but I bought the Extreme ones which are an excellent product still have one in use, the performance one is horrible, didn't last and of course amazon. I had purchased it with the hope it was going to be like the Extreme edition for quality since I am a Paramedic and need to get to work no matter what and can not be stranded. Sadly I was mistaken and I think Amazon knew this for the fact they didn't allow returns after 3 months on a battery when most batteries have a 4 year warranty. Thank you Amazon for my disappointment in your quality control of product sold by you.
