Discovered this product in Bermuda and liked it so much I ordered it from +amazon so I would have it when I returned. Amazon delivered an empty package... Buy from another seller. One who will hopefully actually send the item to you not just the envelope it was supposed to ship in.

Its easy to use, I rub into the inside of my arm. Magnesium helps with bone health, and what I needed most was a better night's sleep, and this product definitely helps.
