This is huge!! And too big for what we wanted sending it back was going to be a nightmare luckily one of our family wanted it so problem solved they are delighted with it!

3 metre Parasol
This product is cheaply made and not fit for purpose, on trying to put it up it broke!! Very dissapointed, in the process of trying to return and get our mobey back!!!

Poor build quality.
Bought this for my small garden in the back of my apartment where it's not usually windy as there is buildings all around. A small gust of wind took the entire thing down snapping in half hitting me and my guests in the face. Not worth the money at all.

Pretty but flimsy
This product looked great, lasted 6 weeks then one of the arms just fell apart when I was putting it up. It would be SO helpful if there was a link (like on most orders) where I could get hold of the seller to organise a replacement. Complaint seems the only way forward

They were great and sent another
First one broke in 2 weeks. They were great and sent another. That broke 2 weeks later too. I bought two and 1 is now just anout hanging one with gaffer tape.
