Warm it up before fitting!
I just got the the one for "Macbook Pro 13" with/without Touch Bar" and put it on a brand new mid 2020 13" MacBook Pro, model A2251. Fits great! I can't yet speak to how it will hold up. Seems like the level of quality I'd expect for about 30 bucks. One thing I'm surprised the company doesn't mention in their installation instructions, is that plastic expands and contracts with temperature. That's something I'm very familiar with in my job. When I first tried to fit this to my Mac, it seemed impossible, particularly the back two corners of the bottom piece. So I carefully heated it up to about 100 degrees F, and then QUICKLY fitted it while it was still warm, and it worked! Still tight, but I think that's a good thing. This might not be everyone's experience, maybe mine was made a little small, or had been sitting in air conditioning too recently. I just used my oven, by preheating to 100F, then turning it OFF to be safe, and THEN putting in the case for about 10 minutes. I really didn't want to risk overheating, because that could deform the plastic. I imagine you could also use a bath of hot water from the tap, or even leave it in a hot car in the sun for a while. Hope that helps!

I was really surprised by the quality and how dense this case is.
The media could not be loaded. When I first got this case, I was really surprised by the quality and how dense this case is. I’ve been using it for a while, and I listed some pros and consPros- Two materials, the black rubber part is soft but firm. The clear pc makes Apple logo transparent- The lid has two extended rubber corners. When laptop is closed the rubber corners provide protection.- Rubber part spread out hexagonally between clear pc. I guess this design is for spread out the hit impact if accidently drop the laptop.- Bottom case has holes for ventilation.- The case does NOT cover the back hinge, which is the MOST important factor for me when choosing a protective case – You don’t want your $1500+ laptop to overheat because of the case.Cons- The case is a little heavy. But it’s dense and it provides protection, so it evens out for me.- It costs more than single material cases. But this is a level up product. I’ve had single material cases for years, it really is only for scratches protection and beauty purposes.Over all I like this case and it provides the protection and ventilation I was looking for. Also as the new Macbook Pro logo does not shine. I like the clear pc makes the logo transparent.

Nice case but makes using the USB ports annoying if macbook is closed
This is a nice solid case. It was a bit difficult to snap on, but once on, it fits well and has a bit of an overhang at the top that makes it easier to open the macbook. The one complaint I have is that the sides of the case come down too low over the USB ports, so when the macbook is closed, it is difficult to plug anything into the USB ports. The actual apple macbook charger will fit because it has a very small plug.... but any sort of 3rd party hub/docking station or usb-c adapter plug does not go in all the way because the plastic part of the usb cable hits the case before the plug is all the way in. So I had to open the macbook to make space to plug anything in and once in, I couldn't close the laptop all the way. This got annoying after a while (I was plugging in a docking station and didn't want or need the macbook open) so I took the case off the macbook and used a dremel to carve out the sides of the case over the usb area on both sides. It looks kind of ugly because my dremel skills are somewhat lacking but now I can plug things in without opening the macbook. I just wish the case had been designed that way to begin with....it would have been a simple change that would have made this case much more user friendly. As you can see by the photos, I will probably have the same issue with the headphone jack - had I been thinking ahead, I would have dremeled that area out as well. If Ibenzer would just fix this issue, this would be the perfect case!

MacBook feels protected
Bought this for my 13 year old son after having to replace his screen on his MacBook Pro. Feels sturdy and covers don’t fall off.

Works fine
Doesn't stay snapped in well, sort of fits but not absolutely. Satisfied with the protection though

Terrible case
This is by far the worst laptop case I have ever owned. Please read the other reviews and mine, the bottom of the case fit is acceptable, but the top falls off with the slightest touch. Just opening the laptop knocks the case off.
