Not working in Max Tapener HTB-2
I ordered the blades for the Max Tapener HTB-2. The first package arrived empty and company promptly replaced, so good customer service. However, the blades are not cutting the tape even when just put into the machine even though they are advertised to fit it. We followed instructions to change out. I am wasting time, energy, tape and staples. It appears that these blades are not exactly the same size as the original and are pushing back too deep into the machine to cut the tape. I have now ordered the blades which are specifically made for the Max Tapener and will update the review if this is not the problem.

INTEGRITY OF CONSUMABLES FOR THE ZENPORT TOOL. THE TIGHTNESS OF THE TAPE SPOOL IS CRITICAL.
TYING GRAPE VINES. IF THE TAPE SPOOL IS TOO TIGHT THE TAPE CANNOT BE ADVANCED WITHOUT MANUALLY ADVANCING IT, NEGATING THE EFFICIENCY INHERENT IN THE TOOL AND THE REASON FOR ITS USE. LAST ORDER OF 30 ROLLS IS ROLLED TOO TIGHT.
