Q: Has anyone used this to carry extra pump supplies (infusion sets, insulin cartridges, needles, insulin, etc.) and not just pens and monitors?

This is very small. I’m not sure how large an infusion set is but we could barely fit the glucagon pen in ours with her regular supplies.

Q: Is it possible to fit a flat reusable ice pack into the section with the pens? I know they sell the double layer, but I don't want anything that thick

You can remove the bottom layer pouches and fit it in there but other then that, I wouldn’t be able to fit it in my daughters. I have both insulin pens, alcohol pads, nano needles, her test strips, and meter with poker and lancets, and also her Glucagon. Only thing I can’t fit is her ketone strips.

Q: Will this fit the Verio meter which has a hard case that attaches to the lancet device in the strips so it’s 1 1/2 times as wide as a regular meter?

My Verio did not fit in with the case. I just kept that one in my purse and put my One Touch in the case!
