Google Daydream View - VR Headset (Crimson)

Bought based on good reviews, he spends 30 min or so enjoying whatever he sees in there. Becomes completely mesmerized.Only Con is he says his phone gets really hot inside of the head piece after about 15-20min and has to stop.

Connecting the Daydream Remote to your phone can prove to be a hassle. However once you get them to connect it works pretty well. I find it a bit odd that I ordered "Crimson" and yet recieved "Coral", but hey, it works just the same.

My google phone overheats in very short order when using this--within minutes. Seriously disappointing and almost useless.

A great beginning for Moblie VR but sadly it really doesn't have any legs to run on as it heats up very quickly over extended use and doesn't have a big library of quality apps. However if you want to watch Youtube and other small videos in VR it's a great product that makes VR video very easy to enjoy. It's hopefully becomes the ancestor of better more advanced cell phone based VR, otherwise it is doomed to be a one time gimmick who's candle burned bright but very short.

Best VR headset on the market. Almost HALF the price of the next decent offering. If your phone is new enough to support Daydream, get this!

Comfortable fit (I have a big head). The best smartphone VR I've used. Great price.Con: My Google pixel XL gets extremely hot. Not sure if this is good for my phone so I don't use it as much as I want. Will wait for a patch for daydream 2.0.

This VR set is cool and fun. It's simple and easy to use. It keeps me occupied for a while.
