1st few days with them. I like them so far. I've been wearing them about 2 hrs before I go to sleep. I've been getting asleep much faster. Normally my mind rambles on & on keeping me awake. That doesn't seem to happen anymore. I'll update in about a month.

These glasses would really benefit those who have trouble falling asleep initially. That wasn't too much of an issue for me. But I did notice when wearing them while watching TV, and for an hour or two before bed, I was always very sleepy and ready to sleep. I think they're very much worth a try. In terms of sleep maintenance and help with waking up throughout the night, I didn't have any noticeable difference. That's a difficulty that does continue. But I'm glad I brought these and recommend them for anyone having similar issues. They work well on top of my prescription glasses. And they also work just fine without my prescription glasses underneath them. Do not look terribly glamorous, but that was not the purpose. They seem to be well made. I'm so grateful there are products like this available.

The quality of these glasses disappointing for $90 is ridiculous. They are not worth $2.00. The frames paint is flawed with chips in them or maybe it’s just imperfections in the plastic frame itself looks like the pair I received was previously owned and chewed on by an animal. Very disappointed in this product. I do not recommend purchasing these glasses at all!

I tried the original TrueDark twilight glasses, but did not have a prescription to insert into the glasses, to be able read with them on. These work so much better for me, as I can still wear my readers, while wearing these in the evening. The only downside I find, is that the side arms are not long enough to clear the frames, so I must be cautious when closing them for storage, to keep from scratching the lenses. That said, these are the darkest twilight glasses I have found, and I ordered three others from Amazon, to try to find a comparable pair. None of them were more than amber/orange ... NOT RED. These are still the best!

I have struggled with insomnia for years. I read about these glasses and bought a pair. Best thing I ever did! They WORK! I wear them 1 or 2 hours before bed and I am more tired when I go to bed, I sleep deeper and noticed the difference right away. Just bought a second pair for a back up. These have cured my insomnia. I am so thankful! Worth every penny!

These are very comfortable to wear. They seem to reduce stress from spending many hours on my iPad. Have not noticed an improvement in my ability to sleep yet. Have a hard time remembering to use them.

They do block most of the blue light. But they did not block as much as the $10 pair I purchased. The frames are sturdy, they have sides to help reduce seepage but I also see the more of the frames within my field of vision than the $10 pair. Definitely overpriced.

The tint is perfect. The "fitover" does actually fit well with my usual glasses underneath. Excellent product. A bit overpriced, but I'll keep it and use it often.
