OtterBox Symmetry Clear Series Case for Google Pixel 3 XL - Retail Packaging - Gradient Energy (Silver Flake/Clear/Gradient Energy)

I've always been a fan of having a durable case because I'm super clumsy. The problem is so many of the heavy duty cases are bulky and women's pockets are made so ridiculously small that you can't just slide the phone into your pocket. I end up having to hold it most of the time which means I drop it more. When I saw the OtterBox symmetry line and did some research on its durability I had to try it. Fits my Pixel 3 XL great, looks amazing and fits into my pocket. Love it. It's not too sparkly for me and I love the gradient color on the black phone. Even my mom who originally said, "OtterBox cases always look so manly and bulky." Called it cute and sleek. The buttons are easy to access and it works great with my IQ Shield screen protector.

I gave the rest of the review 3 starts only because it was the wrong size for my phone. I'm going to return it but with the current COVID-19 pandemic it isn't easy to return anything at the moment. I would've loved if it had food my phone but it was for the Google Pixel 3 large size not for my Google Pixel 3a. I should've read the description closer but that's my fault. Such a pretty color too. Very disappointed I can't use it on my phone. Hopefully I'll still be able to return this once all of this is over

The case is not only beautiful, but also durable! I have no fear of damage because the case encapsulates my Pixel perfectly. It was easy to put on and fits just right!

This cover looks amazing but... The material it's so thick and strong that it was pressing itself against the buttons causing my phone to call 911... I didn't know what was going on and thought my phone was messed up but once I did an inspection and evaluation of the problem, I understood it was just the cover. It is not convenient at all.

I have always used an Otterbox for my phones -- first for my Apple iPhones for nearly a decade and now with my new Pixel 3XL. I have never (knock on wood), broken or shattered or even cracked/chipped/scratched a phone in all that time. I owe that to Otterbox. Did I mention I have two kids? That they play with my phone and have dropped it more times than I care to recall? Just days after getting my new Pixel 3XL my daughter and I were in our garage and I was holding my phone. She was goofing around and hit me with her stuffed animal. It sent my new phone flipping end-over-end into the air and smacked down hard on the cement -- face down. I let out a shriek the likes of which made my daughter run for cover. I grabbed my phone holding my breath and ... exhale. Not a scratch, not a crack -- not even a scuff. I also have a Zagg screen protector on it (which I admit has some bubbles from my poor installation I guess). My niece has shattered countless phones. People I know spend years with phones that have shattered screens because they can't afford to buy a new phone or get it fixed. None of them use Otterboxes or good quality screen protectors -- they get the cheap sparkly cases at Five Below or elsewhere. When you're buying such an expensive piece of technology that you're going to rely so heavily on every single day -- why would you NOT spend the extra dollars to get an Otterbox and good screen protector? No, they are not always the prettiest cases or covers. Yes, I wish they made more designs. I too have coveted the rose gold sparkly cases made by the fly-by-night companies and considered throwing caution to the wind. But at the end of the day -- I have never experienced a shattered screen or damaged phone. I'll take that security any day over the glittering rose gold cheap case because I know all that glitters is sometimes most certainly NOT gold. Get an Otterbox and a good screen protector to go with it. You won't regret it.

I thought I was about to snap my phone in half trying to get it in the case. Really started sweating for a moment. Finally got it. It's cute. It's heavier duty than the smushy plastic ones I normally get so I'm sure it will protect my phone fine. I'll update if anything about that changes. I hope OtterBox always makes these type of cause cases for us who aren't running over our phones with a truck.

Have not had any issues, love the color, has the sparkle but the color change gives it a neat effect. Only complaint is that it sometimes slides on the magnet mount in the car with the metal inside the case, I think because the case is so smooth. It does not cover the fingerprint reader so no issue there. Also does not have a cover for the plug which I like because those always seem to break off anyways. I have dropped the phone on hard surfaces a few times and no damage to the phone or the case.

Great case for a female. Fits phone perfectly, feels durable and safe. Enables you to use a screen protector from Google, Sparin or Zagg that doe not cover whole screen. The sides of the case come above the screen slightly avoiding the possibility of scratching or cracking screen when placing phone upside down on a table.Have different colors on 3 different Google Pixel 3 phones and all can be put on the Pixel 3 Pixel Stand to be charged wirelessly.Looking for a 4th cover that is a different color that isn't the same as the other 3 phones.OtterBox Symmetry for the win.
