I did not realize you have to have a typewriter to fill out end of the year tax forms until this year, our former bookkeeper advised me of this in January. My ribbon that was 5+ years old would not print on the think forms . Luckily the ribbon I needed could still be located and the order was received within two days! Both the correct-o-ribbon and regular ribbon work perfectly. Great price for an item that is not used by everyday Americans!

I like nothing about it. It's very heavy and will be difficult to return. It appears to have a number of programs and is not set to type like a typewriter which is what I want. It is completely worthless to me without some kind of instruction manual.

Yes, I do confess, we have a typewriter, which we use for individual labels and envelopes. I also confess I was too lazy to spend time hitting localstationary/office supply stores.For some reason, the actual Brother ribbons couldn't be shipped to our area, but these folks came to the rescue. So far, so good, we're typing!
