[Update] Working Well So Far
Update 7-29-2021:ZTHY customer service reached out and offered a replacement battery free-of-charge. I've been using this battery for about a week and have not experienced any unexpected shut-offs, so we'll see how it lasts long-term. The battery life is great, just like that last one, my laptop now lasts over 5 hours of standard use.Original Review:Initially I really liked this battery. It was easy to swap into my laptop (Dell Inspiron i7559-2512BLK) and increased its battery life ~4x. However, after a few months my laptop began to occasionally spontaneously shut off while running on battery power, even if reported battery % left was in the 70-80% range. A couple weeks ago it sopped being able to run on battery for more than a few minutes without shutting off. Thankfully I had saved my old battery, so I swapped them out and the issue went away. Overall I'm really disappointed in the lifespan of this battery.

Perfect fit, it not come with tools.
Perfect fit on the computer and the system recognized it perfectly, easy to install. The only point is that if you do not have the tools to install it, you should buy it because this item does not come with tools such as a plastic screwdriver and screwdriver to remove the cover without damaging it. The quality feels good and the runtime so far is going very well.

Replacement for Dell battery.
I kept getting a Windows pop-up error saying my battery had experienced a permanent failure and needed to be replaced, but Dell doesn't sell it anymore, so I searched for a replacement and this was one of the many options. Laptop is a 2017ish Dell Inspiron 7559. I was looking to see if anybody made a larger capacity battery but 74 Wh is all I could find. The tools that came with this one are better than others I've gotten before but still not necessarily a differentiator. Installation took about 10 minutes. So far battery life is back around 2 hours but I've only had it for a week or two. I am hoping the new battery will help me get another year or two out of my old laptop.

Problems down the road
It worked good for about 7 months. It wasn't like a brand new battery but it was better than the old one. But then at about 50% battery it'll just turn off the computer. When I pop in the old battery it works just fine and can drain from 100 to 0 without just dying while using it. As soon as I plug it back into power and turn it back on the battery still shows 50% power. I have reopened the laptop several times to ensure that it is connected securely and it is.Edit: after a year at 70% it suddenly dies

Works, and excellent warranty service
I'm using this in a Dell Inspiron 7567 gaming laptop - another reviewer mentions that some of these laptops need 11.4V, but my laptop works with 11.1V. I'm on the third ZTHY replacement now. The first worked for almost 2 years and became swollen, and that was probably due to my bad habit of leaving the laptop plugged in most of the time. I bought another ZTHY and had some trouble with the system over the first couple of months, and contacted the seller, who sent me a replacement since the most recent purchase was under warranty. Now all is well, and I appreciate the seller's quick response to my warranty claim.

This battery was not recognized in my Dell Inspiron 7567--it was the wrong voltage!
NOTE: This is an update to my original review of this battery.BEWARE: Make sure you know the voltage of the original battery for your Dell 7567 laptop before buying and installing a replacement battery for it.I installed this battery in my Dell Inspiron 15, model 7567 laptop following the directions on ZTHY's Amazon page (I am not a novice in replacing my laptop battery). I booted my laptop up and immediately received a message that the battery was not recognized and that my laptop would not charge it. I sent a message to ZTHY via their contact Web page on May 8 asking if they any solution to this, but they had not responded by May 14, so, I returned it.After writing a seller review, I finally received an email from ZHTY in which they said that the battery for my laptop comes in two voltages: 11.1V and 11.4V! My original laptop battery was an 11.4V, but this ZTHY replacement battery is an 11.1V. To be fair, after going back and looking at their Amazon Web page for this battery, it does state that the battery is not compatible with the 11.4V version. I missed this note completely. That was my bad.Even so, every other piece of identifying information was exactly the same as my original battery, except for the voltage: the laptop model (7567), the battery type/model (357F9), the wattage (74Wh), and the Dell part number (71JF4). ZTHY’s Amazon Web page for this battery specifically states that the battery I ordered is compatible with each of these parameters.I don’t understand why Dell apparently made two different batteries for the 7567 with all the same identifying information, but with two slightly different voltages. But I guess I’ll take that up with Dell.On a more general note, I have had a very difficult time finding a replacement battery for my 7567 laptop. On 11/27/20, I bought one on eBay that said it was a "Genuine OEM 74Wh Battery For Dell Inspiron 15 7567." It worked fine until 03/03/21 when the battery failed completely. When I removed it, I found a melt dimple on the top left edge of it. I got most of my money back for it. After ZTHY clued me in on the different voltage versions, I went back and looked at pictures of that battery and saw that it, too, was an 11.1V battery! I guess I should be happy that it apparently didn’t damage my laptop. On 04/21/21, I installed another replacement battery that I purchased through NewEgg. That one, however, was an 11.4V (at least it said it was). While I didn't receive a message on boot-up that it was not recognized, the thing would never charge. I'm trying to return that battery (although I have not heard back from that manufacturer since May 6).After this second failure, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a refurbed one directly from Dell (they apparently don't sell new batteries for my laptop anymore). I've called them four times now over a period of a couple of months, and they never have them in stock. Nor would they recommend a "trusted third-party vendor" from which to get a replacement battery.I'm disgusted that I can't get a real Dell battery or (as yet) find an appropriate/reliable third-party battery. I love my Dell laptop, but I'm seriously thinking of going with a different brand for my next laptop.

Battery installation
Battery replacement using special screwdrivers included in the package went well. Took 30 minutes to swap and replace the battery.
