Great bang for the buck
We really like this unit. Really can't beat it at this price. No bells and whistles but that cannot be expected at this price point. We run off of natural gas but there is a propane unit and this can be converted to propane with a regulator.

Made cheaply
Seems much lighter/cheaper metal than my old fryer. The numbers on thermostat dial started rubbing off immediately, and are completely gone now.
