Lord of The Rings Trivial Pursuit

Fun for the family that is into LOTR.

Although it arrived a couple days later than expected, it was in good condition and packaged well. All the pieces were there and are good quality, including the One Ring. Gently used, as described. We’re excited to play it!

I bought this for my teenage son. I read him the Tolkien books when he was a boy, and he has since read them multiple times, along with the Silmarillion and other background books. He has played the game about a dozen times and likes it very much.The player pieces are very nicely made of pewter. The instructions come with alternate rules that involve "the One ring" which also comes with the set.This set is no longer being produced, and I bought it "used" on Amazon, and the seller said it was "like new," and they were telling the truth. My son never noticed that there was no shrink wrap around it. The pieces were still sealed in bags and related promotional materials put in the box by the seller were still there.

I previously played this game with a family member and have been pining over it ever since. I bought a used game from an Amazon seller. Best purchase I have ever made! While it was previously owned, I don't think any of the pieces had been opened or touched.There is great detail on the game pieces and all the question cards are legible and clear. The hardest question category (for me) are the trivia questions about the behind the scenes film facts. (Such as: what are the names of the two concept design artists?) Maybe I just need to rewatch the DVDs bonus features!This is a really fun game and my first time playing it I totally wrecked my husband. I would recommend this to any fan of the LOTR films.

This purchase was an expensive mistake. Box is in horrible shape and cards are clearly missing.

This has parts from the extended editions, so I'd recommend watching/owning the extended films. Even for the most devout LOTR fans, the questions are difficult enough to make you want to keep playing the game. We played for hours and never got bored once.
