Took care of code!
So I got the dreaded P420 code, and replaced this downstream sensor in my 2017 Honda Accord 4cyl. and code not more. Side note...I believe this to be an OEM part.

2011 Honda CRV - Eliminated Check Engine Code for Low Cat Efficiency
I bought this to replace the downstream O2 sensor on my 2011 Honda CRV. The check engine light had been coming and going for months. I finally had AutoZone check the code and P0420 came up, indicating catalyst system efficiency below threshold. The catalytic converter going bad didn't make sense to me for a 7-8 year old Honda with 92k miles. Forums indicated that replacing the O2 sensor is worth a try, certainly hundreds less than replacing the cat.The installation was easy, aided by high temperature thread lubricant that came in the box in a small tube. Be careful not to get it on the sensor holes. The code cleared after 2-3 starts and about 15 miles of driving. The price of the Denso is about 1/3 that of the Honda sensor and, at the time I purchased on Amazon, was $30 cheaper than the price auto parts stores for the same model. The cable did not include a short rubber wrap for inserting and holding it onto the bracket as the OEM sensor had. I tried to weave it through the bracket so it wouldn't slip, but writing this reminds me to take another look and maybe tie wrap it for more security. The sensor took several days to arrive despite its Prime designation, because it took a few days for processing.

Great Replacement O2 Sensor for 2011 Honda CRV
Perfect replacement for 2011 Honda CRV. Great quality. I would recommend that you put some anti-seize on the threads before putting this in, so if you do not have any on-hand, you should pick some up!

Does not come with rubber around wire to mount in bracket like original
Came with anti-seise. It has more holes than the factory one on my 2013 CRV so it might be more accurate when reading exhaust gases.
