Oh ladies, it's almost cringe worthy to see so many of you dumping this beautiful color on non lifted hair (Entire head of pre treated hair) that will not work. This is a wonderful product when used correctly. I have highlights in my front area and this works as a wonder toner after I have had my highlights professionally done. As many of you know, color fades. Gray/silver is no exception so I use this in-between going to the salon. AGAIN it's only to be used as a TONER!!!! Don't even bother to try on an entire head of dark hair, it will look uneven and NOT the outcome you want. You'll end up with cheap hot roots and look like you did it yourself. DON'T DO IT!!!

There are no instructions for use with this product. No “tipped” application bottle. If I mix it in a bowl, I have no way of knowing that. There are no gloves. There’s a small product warning on the box that’s in English, otherwise everything is in multiple foreign languages. I’m sending this back.

Do Your Research.... If you have brown to really dark hair do not buy this product unless you plan on lifting/brightening your hair from 1-2-3 to a 9-10( hair color chart will help out quite a bit). You hair has to between a 9-10 for this product to work properly. I'm in the process of lifting my hair now and I'm on my second run. On my third run I plan on lifting it one more time. I just got finish toning my hair. Oh yes! you are going to need toners for your hair after lifting it from brown-black-chestnut colors(((ORANGY BRASSY color)))comes in as you are lifting your hair. (Especially if your natural hair has a lot of red undertones)The toner I'm using is Wella. If your hair is not a pale-pale yellowish blond color ash toners will not work on your hair. You will have to neutralize the orangy/yellow color first (they have toners for that too)... So don't buy T-18 bright ash unless you have lifted your hair to the right tint! I reiterate your hair "MUST BE" between a 9-10 for MG705 Hair color to work. Once I have my hair right tint I will use this product! Oh if your hair is already gray you still have to lift your hair to get the product to work! I think I'm going to love the results!

I had bleached my hair to quite a lightBlonde but it had a yellow tint to it. I usedThis product and was absolutely delighted. It didn't go purple as I had expected because the hair cream changed colour while processing so I was a bit worried. I didn't want to join the blue rinse brigade. The colour is fabulous I have had a lot of pleasant comments on the great colour and asked where I got my hair done because it looks fabulous. It's been four weeks now and still looks great. A big lighter but just as great. So I bought ten of the hair colour!!!

I did see the bad reviews about not having instructions in English but I wasn't worried and they actually included a typed page of instructions in English in the box. I followed the directions thoroughly and I had bleached my hair a week before to let it rest before dying it again. When I did dye it, the color did not hold at all. There was zero difference in the color. But there was a difference in the quality of my hair. It absolutely fried it. Its been a few weeks and I still have a few months of recovery to go.Also, my hair is decently long so I bought two boxes and it was not enough. I was only able to do the top half of my hair. It would have taken four boxes to do it all. (For reference, my hair goes to my bra strap on my back)

1st, NOT in English, had to try Google to find some translation but it did NOT work out, hair was just a blonde almost same as after the bleaching , followed the directions using the translation and the pictures on the insert, its like the coloring part was expired and not changing to any color
