This work exactly as they said it would the Price Is Right. I am now able to feed my cat on a schedule every single day. The ice packs are an additional plus because I use wet food. It keeps it fresh for 24 hours. I ordered an extra set so that I always have frozen ones on hand

Replaces worn and leaking ice pack
original ice pack lasted about 5 years. These replacements work as expected. Especially since they are from the feeder manufacturer. :)

9 HOURS COLD MAX
They keep food cold for about 9 hours to be safe tho try to change them out every 5-8 hours but if you need it for 9 hours it does last

Identical to the ones which came with the machine.
They were exactly the same size and quality as the original ones which came with my Catmate feeder.While the machine comes with two ice packs, you really need four; and should swap them out in the freezer every 12 hours or so.I hand-wash mine in the sink, with dishwashing liquid, before putting them back in the freezer.

Does what they are supposed to and stay cool for about 8 hours in the cat feeder.

Overnight helper
We needed a feeder fo our Maine Coon cat who can only eat wet food. This feeder has ice packs that can keep the food pretty fresh for longer overnight trips. It was easy to set up and is very simple to open and stock. It also washes out easily and our guy can’t get into it. It’s light weight and doesn’t take up much room. It does make a mild mechanical sound but it is short and he got used to it quickly. The only complaint I have is that each compartment is deep and awkward. Our cat doesn’t like to put his face in. He uses his paws to dish out the food and he laps it off his paws. He does make a little mess so there is some clean up around the feeder. Also some food gets left in the compartment because he can’t quite get it all out. So far this unit has operated as advertised and performs perfectly. We wanted to stop the food begging all day and this has really kept our guy on a routine diet.

Fits perfectly
I never knew I can buy just one. Its fits perfectly and its so nice to have a spare and ready to go. Very happy.
