MOEN Noell Single-Handle Standard Kitchen Faucet with Side Sprayer in Spot Resist Stainless

This is a great faucet but the water stream tends to create a lot of splash in the sink. Since I got such a great deal on the faucet from a third party seller (Quality, Quality, Quality) I was determined not to return the faucet assembly and set out to find a solution.What is needed is a faucet aerator that will disperse the water stream more evenly which will correct the issue.Finding adapters for this faucet was very difficult but my husband is a very handy guy with a good understanding of mechanical assemblies.First you need to purchase the Missmin faucet aerator adapter 15/16 female to 55/64 male convertor from Amazon ($8-9).Next purchase from Amazon is the Waternymph Hibbent Dual-function 2-Flow Faucet Spray Head Aerator, Water Saving Swivel Aerator with 2 Sprayer - Faucet Parts Replacement - 55/64 Inch-27UNS Female Thread ($15-16)1. Unscrew the bell shaped aerator that came with the faucet2. Screw on the Missmin adapter3. Screw in the Water NymphNo tools are necessary just make sure you purchase the right parts. Problem solved!

Installation was relatively simple for a replacement on an existing faucet. Temperature control is good, but water flow volume seems to be considerably less than the previous unit. Was unable to remove any part of the restriction in the aerator! It will due wife hasn’t noticed!

We bought an Amazon "Warehouse" return sold by a 3rd party (Quality, Quality) as "Used -Good". There was another Moen unit in the "Noelle" package. It also had a distorted brass cold water fitting. I was able to nurse the fitting on and my wife actually liked to more "modern" style of the unknown Moen model. Upon contacting the seller his response was immediate with an offer for full refund (I could not re-install the original faucet as it was destroyed getting it out.) Or a $20.00 good-will credit. We gladly took the credit option and the sellers apology. Moen makes great faucets and Quality, Quality is a great vendor.

We love the faucet. We even bought a spare so we will be all set for next time.

We ordered this from Amazon, because it was so much cheaper than big box. When it came, we noticed the goose neck above the base was a little loose. Tried to call Moen but kept missing CS times. Went to big box and bought another one to compare. It had the same problem. Thought it would tighten. When we installed it, the gooseneck didn’t tighten at all. It loosely swung around 360 degrees and would not stay in place.Called Moen and finally they called back. CS was very nice and had me do a couple things. While talking to her as I tried to turn the water off; it continued to flow even in the off position. Apparently the cartridge on this brand new faucet is bad too!! So now they are sending me yet another part that we have to install when it arrives in 10 days. Hope I don’t need to use my kitchen sink anytime soon!Ease of installation: DPerformance: FValue: D- I would have been even more ticked if I had paid big box price and had these problems.Update: New parts came without instructions. Called Moen CS and he tried to give verbal instructions when he couldn’t find any online either. He said faucet is supposed to swing around 360, so your kitchen will be flooded if you accidentally hit the gooseneck. Moen knowingly is selling a product that is poor design. While speaking with CS , he said it shouldn’t spin quite as fast, and we found out the defective part is a tiny plastic ring that is broken. We wrapped it in tape, and it is working for the time being. Moen did send us another faucet-a cheaper one. BUT, it also has the same issue.What a total disappointment!

I have very hard water and even the huge water filtration/softener system I bought doesn't take all the "white" out of my water. My chrome faucet always looked dirty due the constant spotting from splashing water, this faucet always looks beautiful and spot free. I was afraid it would make my antique, white porcelain sink look dingy but instead it has enhanced the charm. So very happy with it!

I bought this because it matched the existing one we had and I wanted a direct replacement. The install was easy enough, but when I turned the water on, the valve leaked. After fiddling with it a little while, I figured out the mixer body was loose. After tightening everything up, the leak stopped and the valve works fine. Then the sprayer starting sticking. Ended up using the sprayer head from my old one because the plastic interworkings of the sprayer are not adjustable and can't be taken apart. Disappointing to say the least about a brand I have trusted for years. I won't be returning it because I was able to fix the issues, but I will think twice before buying Moen again.

This beautiful faucet was on sale and I am glad that I chose it. It installed easily (or so the kids told me), is beautiful, doesn't leak, has a great sprayer! The height makes it easier to wash large pots. I am very happy with this purchase.
