Very rich contents, great photos, great articles

There are many books about the history of the Popes, but this seems to be a very appealing one.The numerous illustrations and straighforward descriptions give vigour to a book that could be somewhat academic. Perhaps more for reference than sustained reading, but nevertheless very interesting.
