Pleased to find some high molecular weight hyaluronic acid, which is the best for joints and lowering inflammation. Low molecular weight hyaluronic acid can actually cause inflammation.

I have taken hyaluronic acid before but this one upset my stomach badly so won't be taking it again.

I've been taking these for a while now, and have not had any side effects. I bought them hoping they would help with my joints... too be honest I can't say for sure that they do, although they do seem to be a bit better.

Item was reasonably priced and arrived super swiftly. Given less stars as it brought me out in a rash but upon reading further, it can do that with some people so no reflection on this particular brand.

If you feel you need to take this there is nothing obviously wrong with it. But like most supplements it's difficult to notice any difference in yourself. I've come to question the need for all but a tiny handful of supplements, as the vast bulk have no decent evidence to back them up. I'm much more focused on diet and exercise these days.

I tried this for nearly 4 months and there was no change in my arthritis pain or mobility.
