C. Palmer Extra Thin Pizzelle Iron, Model 7500, Electric Pizelle Maker, Made in America

This is a heavy duty cookie maker and works great. Makes very thin cookies which is what we wanted. Dough did not stick, be sure to following the instructions for the first use. Would be nice if it had a light telling you it was up to temperature and ready to use (like most waffle makers) but not a big deal.

Sturdy, everything you need and nothing you don't. Heats up nicely. Worked perfectly (I followed the instructions, including dumping the first pizzelles). These ARE extremely thin, so if you like the thicker ones, make sure you get the iron for those. I like the thinner ones, though they do break a bit easier. Made a full batch (about 36) in less than 30 min, from mixing the batter to cleaning the iron.

Works great no weird smells on the initial use either. Heard up fast but I use cooking spray every 2 batches to keep the cookies coming off easy.

It seems to be well built. Even heat throughout.Con’s:-Outdated product pamphlet that does not even include this model-They chose a much too intricate design for a machine that makes very thin pizzelle. It means if one uses finely chopped nuts or ground/crushed anise, the little spaces trap those items and make the cookie get stuck and break apart-No light to show when the machine is hot enough to add the dough. This would be an easy add and yet they did not bother.

Grandma loves her new iron! It makes the perfect size cookie with a very cute pattern.
