I have had this chair for a few days so far, and will try my best to come back to this review later on for a better overall review. To start, I am 5,11 and 128lbs pretty skinny and lengthy guy. This chair to start was an alright chair, I didn't see what the whole point was, or why it was so expensive from the start. However once I sat down for a few hours tweaked with the settings here and there, adjusted the headrest, adjusted the seating position and everything else out of the handful of things you can adjust. I can honestly say it's one of the most comfortable chairs I've had the pleasure to buy. I know it comes at a hefty price tag, but I sit at home all day everyday, from working from home to gaming and connecting with my family. Before I got this chair I had a $150 chair that was a Lazy Boy and it was comfortable but would not allow me to sit for hours on end and be comfortable, I would gain a piercing pain in my shoulder from sitting for that long in a horrible posture caused by the chair. This chair, I have worked and sat in this chair for about 20+ hours so far and have to say, I have not felt any pain getting up after sitting all day at all, there has been no fatigue other than not standing and just needing to stretch the ol legs once and awhile, but with all the adjustability I find it to be one of the most comfortable chairs I've used so far, and I know, though the price is expensive what you are getting is a chair that will last you many many years based on build quality and materials used, and based on how comfortable and durable the chair is. This will outlast more than most chairs for me and will be used so much in my day to day life that I am super glad and thankful that I, one was able to purchase this chair, and two made the call to do it for my own health.Overall this chair I would say if you can afford it, I would do it, its extremely comfortable once you get it adjusted to you, and I can't imagine anything else working just as good.Update 1/12/2022:I swapped jobs so I don't use it all day everyday but I still use it everyday. It's still holding up amazing! No tears no breaks and that's with me using it 13 hour days for a couple years straight to now using it casually for 5 or so hours while I play games. Overall great chair like I said and I won't need to be buying a new chair for years to come so in my mind worth the price!

I don’t doubt the high quality of this chair. I previously owned a Steelcase Leap and loved it. I was excited to give the Gesture with headrest a try, because I like to lean my head back while I work. Unfortunately I couldn’t get a comfortable position with the headrest (I’m 5’10) and felt like I didn’t have enough shoulder support. My neck and shoulders were in a lot of pain. It got better toward the end of my 2 weeks with the chair, which tells me my body was adjusting, but for me it wasn’t the experience I was looking for. I will say the seatback itself is very comfortable. Lots of support up and down. Ironically I think this makes the headrest less comfortable, because as you lean your head back the seatback flexes and pushes your upper back/shoulders forward. The headrest was also too forward for my comfort. At any rate, it wasn’t for me.

It's a very comfortable chair even for a bigger guy like myself. There are several adjustments you can make to make it there perfect for for you.The BACKSTORE was very responsive to my questions

Can not believe how comfortable this chair is. I used to have to stretch my back late in the evening to alleviate fatigue but since I bought this chair I feel fresh and alert the entire day; I just feel better. When I write my memoirs the only division will be pre- and post-chair acquisition. One of my all-time best purchases.
