If you are looking for ground cloves in capsule form with mostly rice powder, a very light clove scent, and very low potency, this will be perfect for you. I ended up buying whole cloves and I chew on them, they are great for freshening the breath and have many health benefits, including reducing SIBO, liver cleansing, increased blood flow, reducing brain fog, and reducing inflammation. I use clove oil and clove powder around the house and have eradicated the presence of mice and chipmunks. Clove also gets fleas off of dogs and is a natural insect repellant.

I've been chewing and swallowing a whole clove or two every day for it's antibacterial/antiviral properties after watching a video from Dr Berg... But lot of chunks get stuck in my teeth and I thought I'd just dump one of these fine ground clove caps into my mouth and avoid that. Well, this stuff is totally mild and NOTHING like the POW taste of a real clove. I honestly can't see this as not having some kind of cutting agent? OK, I looked at the ingredients and it's Rice Powder. I'm only taking 1 star off, but I suspect that 1000mg is a tiny dose...

I’ve been taking this clove extract supplement daily to help support my metabolism of sugar/carbs. Breakfast is an important and generally large meal for me, and I don’t eat anything after 1pm until the next morning. Taking the clove supplement after breakfast seems to work best for me. The capsules are relatively small and easy to swallow. No upset stomach or other issues when taken with food.

Quality product. Easy to swallow. I've added to my daily regiment.

I am not sure if the benefits have shown yet however continuing to take. My one big issue is I breathe fire when taking these. Kinda feels like heart burn but it’s not. :/. If you like vitamins you can’t taste. Don’t not get.
