This stuff is hands down THE best hair conditioner I've ever used, and I've used quite a few. Let me begin by saying that I have short, thick, curly auburn hair that's now about 1/3 gray; I am a distance swimmer so regularly in chlorinated water (ugh!); and have been using henna and/or henna and indigo for many years as I'm not willing to give up swimming, and henna is the only thing that prevents my hair from feeling like a broom. The problem was that my henndigo treatments had not been absorbing as well and I'd been simultaneously losing my curl. After doing some research, I came upon how ubiquitous the use of silicone is in hair products. Even though I gave up using commercial shampoos a while ago (I use either Dr. Bronner's Liquid Castile Soap or Chagrin Valley Shampoo Bars often followed by just a citric acid and water rinse), I was getting lazy about carrying the rinse to the pool and using store bought hair conditioner again. My goto hair conditioner has been Alba Botanica's Drink It Up Coconut, which works well but, lo and behold, includes silicones (they advertise as using no "heavy" silicones, but that still leaves light ones and plastic is plastic, right? Anyway, I think it's possible that it's the silicones that are preventing the grays from absorbing the henna and indigo. I was a bit skeptical about buying this product, but it not only smells wonderful, it has left my hair super soft, shiny, AND my curls are back! I'm talking back as if I were living on a tropical island :-) It may take some time to get rid of the silicones that are still in my hair and preventing good henndigo absorption, so it's too soon to comment on how well this product will work with that. All in all, I'd have to say this conditioner is a keeper regardless.

Son has curly hair and loves it. Hair is shiney and curls look great when used. I have color treated fine hair and think it works well on mine also. Good value for the money .

The product I love and it works well for my hair type. It doesn’t leave my hair feeling heavy. It leaves it bouncy and soft and manageable when I use my finishing products.

I am only giving it four stars because the bottle is impossible to squeeze and the lid gets clogged, so you have to take the lid off and shake the bottle, slapping it against your palm to get the conditioner out. The smaller bottles of this come in easier to use squeeze bottles.Besides the packaging, this conditioner is FANTASTIC! I have a lot of hair, but the individual strands are very thin and dry. I get an unmanageable, flyaway, poofy lion's mane if I don't do something. MOST conditioners are not strong enough to deal with my hair, including the more expensive ones. This stuff is great!I've tried the Shea Moisture Strengthen & Restore Leave-In Conditioner, and while it works really well, it smells like vinegar, and I don't like it. SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine Conditioner, however, smells great, and it works just as well, I think. I follow it up with their curl and style milk (which is very thick, so use a small amount), or the curl enhancing smoothie. I rarely put curls in my hair when I use them, except for a slight inward curl of the layers, it's just that they work well to get my hair to stay put once I've done the work of straightening it.I used to have to use a streightening iron every day, which was further damaging my hair. Now I just use this conditioner, blow dry my hair straight, add the curl and style milk or curl enhancing smoothie, blow dry a little more to set it, and it stays smooth, styled, and perfect all day. It took me years to finally find a set of hair care products that actually worked.

I’ve always loved this brand and specific bundle. It makes your hair soft, downside is I have to use seven pumps each to cover my hair because it’s so long. It does the job tho(:

I have black, dry, and wiry hair and this helps me to keep it smooth and soft. I wish I had found this brand sooner. I had been looking for the perfect hair care products for awhile and when I found this brand, I couldn't stop buying from them. I have a bunch of their other products and keep trying more products from this brand because I love it so much.

I've gone through a lot of money trying to find the right products for my dry, thick, curly hair. This is IT! Finally a conditioner that detangles, moisturizes and smells great. It's a little more than I'd like to spend for a conditioner, but for the results I get, I'm willing to do so. I pair it with the shampoo for the best results. If you're on the fence about purchasing, I suggest doing so.
