If you are serious about ironing
A professional grade steam iron. It is so very reassuring that some companies still exist, that make durable and well made products. The entire thing is of metal. Ironing a shirt is easily done in 2 minutes. Steam output is very substantial (beware of water on wooden floors below the ironing board). The user manual explains how to order and exchange parts(!) if required. I would pay twice the price for this iron and still be happy.

Missing part
I bought and received this item on the 10th of July I am very happy with the system but I received my order without the free teflon shoe. This shoes is very important for our use and was one of the reasons I bought the item as it can be diffuclt to get an exact shoe to fit. I contacted the seller yesterday and as of yet no reply ???.I wish to receive this as i bought the item in good faith. Can the seller please make contact with me as Amazon customer service states its up to the seller to rectify this . I await your response.
