Bio-Curcumin Supplement with Bcm-95 60 Vegetable Capsules

Came highly recommended by nutritionist to try, I have only been taking for a short while so cannot comment on the effectiveness as yet. The size isnt too big and easy to swallow, not an unpleasant taste (to me). Just be careful handling as can dye your fingertips.Although sealed with a plastic around the lid, i managed to unscrew the lid off and put it back on again with the plastic still in tact, so securely sealed? I was bit dubious about. Came in a box also, not sealed or taped shut either. So just double check yours once they arrive, as these are not cheap, plus the lid was dented too around the top edge, as if these had been out the box, which would not happen from inside the box. Anyway, just check to make sure yours is in pristine condition when it arrives.

Great product. I have used this product for over 4 months at a dosage of 1000mg per day and have noticed a 25% reduction in inflammation in most of my affected joints.

I’m a big advocate of turmeric and been taking it for years with success. I recently switched to these as heard good reviews and I’ve been taking these for some time now and to be honest, I’ve not noticed any difference compared to the usual turmeric tablets I usually take. For the price, I’m getting a little suspicious that these may be no different to just regular turmeric.
