Completed the entire dosage and still waiting months later to see any positive effect on my health. No noticeable positive impact.

Had a period of extreme mucus, runny sinus and phlegm stuck in my throat...cleared it up in a week or so... I continue to take a low dose for maintenance... adjust dose accordingly... it's under control...try it..hope it works for you as well as it does for me..

I have a lot of stomach issues and this seems to help my stomach a lot.
