High quality sock. Fits well.

Perfect sock for the on the go person, great support, keeps same shape and elasticity after many washes. I highly recommend them. A little pricy for a pair but well worth the money.

After being let down so many times by ads for moisture wicking socks that didn't wick, were far too small for athletic calves that go with size 13 feet, I had no high expectations for these socks. I couldn't have been more wrong. Starting with the support that runs from the arch of my feet all the way to the the top of my calves, then the fact that my feet stayed dry (because the socks actually wicked, to the wide none restrictive top band that held the sock up all day and didn't cut off the circulation to my legs and feet.I wore them all day in the Florida heat in rubber snake boots tromping through a lot of brush, swamps, and uneven ground, and I saw no signs of wear. I'll update my review later after wearing these several more times to see if my statements above hold true.

These socks are very comfortable, but LONG!!! This is not a problem for me. I'm over 6'5" tall, and when pulled up, these socks go right up to the underside of my knees! The distance from the floor to the top of my leg is 24 inches. The socks go every bit of 21" high up my leg (when wearing them). If your leg is shorter, you will definitely have to fold these over. The thickest part of my calf is only 15" around (not a thick leg) but they don't feel tight around the calf at all so these socks should fit a wider calf quite well. Hven't actually worn them out yet. Not sure about durability or wicking performance. They feel thin for hot weather comfort (as described) but still fairly substantial, and the foot is fairly well padded too. As long as you know what you're in for, these socks appear to be worth the $10 I paid for them.

Great socks for over the calf

I ordered these socks yesterday an received them today while at work! Isn't Amazon amazing? Haha anyways...these socks are terrific! I'm a size 8.5 so ordered medium and they fit great. They are a bit tight around my calves since I have athletic calves and the socks are quite long. If you have a thinner leg you should be good. I'm sure they'll stretch out for me over time so I'm not too concerned. They are a bit thin but honestly I love that about them!

Just bought this product to upgrade my BX purchased socks. The comfort and support are far better than what we normally use. The color is about right. However, the size is off by a lot. While it technically covers the calf, it also it so tall that it can cover my knee. I ordered calf socks, not knee highs. I promise I am a normally proportioned human so this was quite the surprise.Shown is a comparison of the socks i normally wear to the under armour ones. the old ones are a small and cover the calf, but not the knee. the under armour are a medium and feel slightly snug , but also far too lengthy. Will try to purchase the "normal" ones and hopefully get an accurate size to cover the calf. You could fold over the tops to go below the knee, but in the past, found that is usually too snug of a fit throughout the workday. Just my preference, but for a medium, its a few inches too long.
