Good but taller than you think
Wish I either measured better and got one rung shorter. This is mainly for open areas and outside so ok, but in an average house it won't stand up in a room as it's too tall by maybe 10cm.

Great additional safety features
This ladder is great. Hand rails plus support above the platform to make it super safe at height.Needed it to safely trim the top of hedge.Hand rail attachment took a little time as needed to align the top screws... huffed and puffed but did eventually slide in. Worth the perseverance...Super value for money and fast delivery. Was delivered before 9am

Poor quality control in manufacture
The purchaser is required to fit the grab rails - not such an issue, you may think. However, I found that the holes drilled in the main uprights did not align with those in the plastic grab-rail fixing brackets and I had to adjust them with a round file before the fixings could be inserted. I also found that the distance between the top & bottom drillings was incorrect so had to drill some additional holes to match the length of the grab rails. Oh, and one of the tread plastic end-trimmings was displaced and I cut my finger in the tricky process of re-fitting it. It took more than an hour of corrective work before I could use the steps! I now see why the steps might be classed as 'professional' as it would help if you were one! The steps work fine now the mods have been made. Now where are those elastoplasts? It would be nice to receive a comment from the manufacturers - I live in hope!

Item arrived damaged .I got the run around from Amazon and Drabest is ignoring my emails. I'm totally disappointed with them both .

Hand rails
It’s a good ladder but I had a problem with the hand rails. The pre drilled holes were in the wrong place to accept the poles.Or on the other hand the poles were too long.
