Worth it!
The fabric used is sheer, so I’d recommend wearing a button-up shirt, zip-up hoodie, or a robe when wearing it. It fits comfortably, however I haven’t had my surgery, yet. I was also given a post-op bra from the surgeon, and I have to say the MACOM Bra seems a lot nicer! The one given to me isn’t the right size, super thick and bulky, and looks terrible. The MACOM Bra is way cuter in comparison and actually fits me. I love that they designed the fabric to have room for your new boobies, and it’s not itchy like the cheap one given to me. Love this bra
Love this bra ! Bought after breast reduction ! I ordered a 34 because that’s what a usual wear . Returned for a 32 because it was too big .

Not supportive
For a post surgical bra I expected much better support. Very disappointed.

Fit is WAY off
Ok this is horrible tailored. I don't actually think this was measured and sewn with correct proportions- for a human being anyway....

Great for post surgery
Great for post surgery, doesn’t rub on stitches which was my main concern after the painkillers wore off, very comfortable got a size up on the back as surgeon initially recommended this so got a 34e sports bra and it hurt after a few days so opted for this and got a 34 which does fit but I don’t feel compressed enough so I got a 32 (pre op size) and fits perfect, very comfortable especially at night and during the day, definately helped with the swelling going down quicker, just wish I bought first off instead of wasting money on a sports bra as I know I will probably use this well after the initial 6 weeks compulsory wear.

The size I ordered was too big. So I contacted Macom via phone, the lady was so informative and helpful. I posted the bras back to them and they sent me the size as discussed. Excellent service would highly recommend.

Good post surgery bra
Bought this bra to wear after having breast reduction surgery, initially i found the hook and eye fasteners abit tedious but got the hang of them after a short while. Nice fitting bra and perfect for wearing after breast reduction.

Big waste of money poor quality
I regret buying it as the description and measurements were not right.The material does not worth the money, it exactly as a cheep sport bra.It s not comfortable at att, it s very big, it stays really close to my neck.And also i needed to pay to return it back, not fair, as it s not my fault that it s not as described at all.

Holds everything in place
seems to be holding everything in place post reduction surgery. Too soon to know if it is doing well enough as need to wear for another 6 weeks yet. Is quite comfortable to sleep in.
