ADG Sports Aluminum Two Pistol Range Box Gun Case

Perfect for 2 handguns, plus ammo, tools, ear/eye protection, etc. Very sturdy and well made for the cost, which was a real bargain. Shopped same item elsewhere, much higher cost. Shipping was good. I have a similar case in canvas for range use also, but for competetion, this offers so much more security and class! The re-arrange of the foam is a plus also, gives you some choices. I can't brag enough, as for the smell, 3 days in the garage opened up and smell was gone. Great item for me. Thanks.

It's not often that I have a problem with anything that I buy on Amazon, but this is one of those times. I got the unit on time as promised and it looked great. It held both of our guns comfortably and we thought it would work out fine. We used it exactly TWO TIMES and one of the top latches broke and now it will not close/lock. This makes it basically useless. It's not that I don't like it...I do, but it's very difficult to give a positive review to something that breaks after you use it twice. I cannot recommend this product. I would be willing to exchange it for another like it in hopes that I just got a "lemon", but I cannot find a way to contact the seller.

I was looking for something to take two handguns to the range. When I saw this box online it looked like it was exactly what I was looking for. The cool thing is that the foam in the two gun sections has two pieces on top of eachother(some people that reviewed this product might not have even pulled the foam to see that it is actually two pieces and that they are removable and interchangeable. One piece is cutout for a gun and two circular cutouts above, that would probably fit a small loading device. Or you can use the piece that has two rectangles on the top that would fit a couple clips. So.. first of all. I chose putting the circle piece on the bottom and the rectange piece on top of both sides that way I can put a handgun and two clips on each side. It fits no problem. Some people said that they could not get to much stuff in their box, I did not find that a problem. The concept of this case is really nice, but the craftsmanship and materials reveal why it's a more affordable carrier. I've seen better hinges and latches on a child's lunchbox, but when all four are closed it stays shut. Just don't drop it. Mine arrived with a warped side wall that must have happened during shipping. I easily bent it back into shape by hand. The walls are thin and actually made of balsa wood with just a slight "aluminum" veneer. Inside, the walls are covered by a paper-thin pad that is glued on by an adhesive that doesn't do it's job very well. I opened mine the first day to find the pad peeling away along all the edges. The foam pad that secures the weapons is where this case finally makes par. The foam is dense, versatile, and holds on tight. All in all, this case works as a casual carrier to and from the range, but I would never use it on flights or in any situation where it might get the slightest abuse. Also, I would never consider it a safe place to store my weapons or ammo at home. The locking latches are just cosmetic.

I ordered this gun case as an early Christmas present for my husband. He was really jazzed by the concept and the amount of storage space. I was so impressed with the quality of this case I am back ordering one for myself. The lower area has two compartments for handguns with slots for mag/speed loaders and a center section for storage. There is ample room for my electronic ears, targets, extra mags and ammo. In the lid areas the spacers can be adjusted to hold safety glasses, gloves, small tools and cleaning supplies. Even a small first aid kit. Being airline approved is also a plus. I am so happy to find a sturdy, hard sided, well organized range box. I don't think I will ever go back to a bag again.

Product works better than I expected and highly recommend it. After arriving quickly after placing the order, I inspected for potential damage, but since the materials and construction are stout, no damage was to be found. There is ample storage for two compact handguns (mine are a Smith & Wesson M & P Compact and Taurus PT709 Slim, both 9mm) two extra clips and plenty of room for other range necessities; eye and ear protection, ammo (PMC boxes fit in the larger lid compartments. One can even stow targets, if you don't mind folding them up. Overall, an excellent product, one that I already get inquiries about at the range. Nice for those of us who want a differing look than the sundry range bag...

I would not recommend this product to any one. First day using it the dials for the lock on top just spun freely and I wasn't able to open it to get my guns out the guys at my gun store had to pop the lock, now its just a piece of trash not happy with this at all and on top of that i can't get the company to answer my phone calls
