There's no time for returning because I have planned work and need use it.. someone change one of the batteries and return it.. great! Awesome people in UK...

Greatly Dissatisfied and Let Down by poor product and worse customer service
Impact Driver DTD153 arrived with defective ( running out of true drive shaft) Vendo,r Tools To You were initially very reluctant to receive it back!! They then sent it to Makita Uk. I then had dealings with Makita Uk Customer Services who treated me like a criminal trying to defraud them! They refused to replace item and I then had a very long wait for return of supposedly repaired impact driver?!! The returned item still runs out of true and will not drive screws in straight!! I will never buy from tools to you or Makita products ever again! Greatly Disappointed!!
