Value for money.Quite brittle

These particular replacement blades fitted my Mac Allister trimmer perfectly unlike other so called spares which did not. A pack of 20 replacement blades from Spares to Go which fit precisely is far better value than a pack of a 100 from the Orient which do not despite copious use of files and knives.

Some blades on the www shatter as soon as you spin up your strimmer. These are reasonably durable. Do store them in a dark place, sunlight makes them brittle

Good product

I started buying another sort of blade which were orange in colour , I assume because they were cheaper, I honestly can't remember. Anyway they wore out so quickly when strimmed against stone or concrete lawn edging that I would get through about five each time I did the garden . I found one of these lying around that I had obviously not used and popped it on my machine . One blade did the whole garden !! I am back on these from now on.

So disappointed with these... With Genuine ones I was breaking maybe one in 5 cuts, with these: 4 of them were destroyed in first 15 minutes of cutting. Basically, the plastic is too stiff. Its a design flaw. It looks the same as original, but its not the same.

I wish they could add a metal blade to these to give them real chopping power.

Very disappointed with this item as soon as they were put on the strimmer, after acouple of minutes if that the plastic cutters flew off on examination they were splitting at the top where they were attached to the machine this was not an odd occasion but regulary ,must have used 7 one after the other and thay all split very disappointing, gave it up as a bad job in the end.
