This is an unbiased review that I've been informed will result in some sort of compensation (i think a free cable?). I have been using this device for an Ipad Air since early March. The first charging cable performed as the OEM cable did. There were no compatability issues. Charged as expected. It is clearly marked for charging right side up which is a nice bonus. It seemed very durable and stable until... it snapped at the insertion point under no real load. As the cable had performed well prior to the failure, I elected to return it and give it a second try. Return went smoothly. Amazon gave me no issue. I have a new Adflic lightening cable and I am pleased with the durability and performance thus far. It seems as though the first dysfunction may have just been an aberration. That said, I will post an update should the second cable fail to meet expectations. All in all, I would buy it again.

Pros: Yes, this thing works! It charges my iPhone 6 flawlessly, and no annoying non-compatibility pop-up messages! Looks very similar to Apple's cords, and feels equally sturdy. Will have to wait and see regarding longevity.Cons: Discrepant measurements! The title states that the cord is 6 ft (1.8 m) long, while the third photo claims 6.6 ft (2 m), and the "small print" in the description says 40 inches. Alas, the latter is correct: the cord is only 40 inches, so certainly not "extra long" as claimed.

The cable works just fine. BUT... I ordered two 6 foot cables and I got two 3.3 foot cables.

So far, this item is great! I've had other chargers in the past that randomly stop working and my device shows a message saying the cable is unauthorized. Hopefully that doesn't end up happening with this one

Was advertised as a 6' cable. I received a 3' cable. Not cool.

The cable is shorter than announced and got brocken át second time used.

Great charging cable for my iPhone 5. Dont get that annoying not compatible message. Good quality

Pure garbage, worked for one day. I'll try and get a refund.
