Didn’t even open the packet - ribbon damaged
I bought one ribbon and when I opened the Amazon box saw that there was a big thread pull on the right side of the bow, inside unopened packaging. I reordered the item and the replacement was the same. Very disappointed as I love the idea but can’t be bothered to be disappointed a 3rd time

It recorded the message fine but then kept freezin and then making a buzzin noise so the message couldn't be heard and yhen the buzzing didnt stop so i couldn't use the box!Waste of money!!
