The regulator is the best quality, hard to find in local shops, hence order from Amazon.

I recently did a whole setup for a new ceiling fan - right from the wiring stuff to getting a custom new switch board(made by an electrician shopkeeper)...everything purchased from offline market in my city...including the regulator. Switches & sockets of "Klick" company, which are fine. Initially the fan regulator was also of the same "Klick" company(priced @₹100), but as I installed the board in my house & turned ON the fan, the new fan spun with a humming sound(similar to inverter) on AC supply. So, I removed that "Klick" regulator & noticed that the noise from the fan is gone. Luckily I was able to return it after some arguements with that shopkeeper. Then I searched it on another shop, & got the regulator for even cheaper price of ₹60. Meanwhile, I searched the internet & found this Anchor regulator which is of suitable size & with some decent reviews but due to lockdown & safety, I opted to offline market to purchase a random brand regulator. So, another one costed ₹60. I knew, the regulator was evidently a cheap product for price & with an unknown local company(or a person name) label printed on it. That also gave the same humming sound from the fan. This time I was not able to return it. So, now I straightaway ordered this Anchor Penta Step fan regulator from my trusted Amazon; easy & direct fit & VOILA!!! No humming sound. I was really impressed. I knew it would work & indeed it did.Nice product &... as always... excellent experience from Amazon & the seller.

Better to go for a five speed regulator.

It looks original Anchor product. But it runs too slow on 4 setting.
