I looked and looked and looked some more for a weekender that would fit what my imagination had built. And I tried my hardest to keep it American made, this one is made in Mexico which at the end of the day I'm ok with. Especially for this level of damn great quality. I was surprised to find that most leather/leather combo bags are made in India.This bag looks and feels like top shelf material and quality. The canvas is thick and so is the leather and it comes with that free leather smell, gotta love it. It has a very nice liner with a few pockets and plenty of room for a long weekend. I went with the Navy and I thought I really wanted the khaki but I can't believe I second guessed myself, the Navy is the one you want. Classic. This thing will forever be in style and will get better looking with time. It's such a high quality bag it'll become an heirloom for sure. Just get it, if you don't like it, it's Amazon, send it back.

I really loved getting the bag and the quality but I had 2 major issues with it that made me hand it off to someone else.1. There is only 1 zipper for the main bag. There should be 2 zippers so it can be closed on either side or in the middle, especially if there is something bulky inside.2. The back is too small for what I was hoping. I wanted a bag that was big enough where I could fit in a folded suit in a thin garment bag (that you'd get when buying a suit) and I would have to jam it in there at an angle but the zipper wouldn't close (unless it had 2 zippers).If it was just an inch or 2 longer would make it perfect.

I bought this for short business trips and it’s absolutely perfect for 1-2 nights. Three might be pushing it depending on how much you pack and how tight you want dress clothes packed.It’s super durable and rugged but classy. I’m absolutely in love and catch people staring at it constantly. Perfect size for the plane carryon bin in first class, regular, regional or private jets.

Wonderful classic design with old school natural materials. Sturdy and practical-I selected this bag over numerous others duffle types as it also has two smaller external pockets which makes it much more handy as a travel bag. I use it as a carry on bag but it can certainly multi-task as a tool or field bag. A stylish take on your grandad's bag.

I don’t usually write reviews but just got this bag and quality is top notch. The bag alone is heavy which is a testament to the materials used. Looks great too.
