Beautiful
The shampoo bowl was very nice and true to description. It just did not work for my salon space and had a gap between the chair and the neck bowl which could result in clients getting wet and spilling water between the bowl and chair.

Shampoo chair and bowl
This chair does not seem to fit anyone. I soak everyone. The arms are coming off. Very cheaply made. Definitely would not buy again. The bowl is suppose to swivel but you have to hold it into place.

3 stars for crappy plumbing. Polar Aurora with ABS (plastic) sink $230.
The chair itself is decent but the plumbing is as the reviews say--it's garbage. The joke S trap is a weird soft plastic and has a cheap 1 inch flex hose which is "glued" (poorly) into the trap. Ditched that right off. And being only 1 inch in diameter it would not have mated to any US plumbing drains anyway. And speaking of not mating, the supply lines (which are supposed to hook to your wall connections) are 1/2 pipe thread, not the US standard of 3/8 compression fitting. So after a couple trips to Lowes and about $55 in 1 1/4 inch drain plumbing and supply hose and 1/2 inch to 3/8 adapters and hoses--it works. With a lot of teflon tape and gonzo tightening of fittings, I was able to stop all leaks. However, the sprayer and its tubing are cheap and flimsy. I will replace that before it blows apart--probably another $30. All that being said, the chair itself is ok. In depth assembly required. Have to be patient and thorough with assembly and tightening of all nuts and screws. Like anything, you have to do it right and be prepared to recheck and tighten after it's assembled and been in use. One problem I still have to address (with the ABS sink option) is the adjustability forward and back. The sink only stays forward (lower to the head) with a lot of pressure. Small folks would have an uncomfortable time always having to press back and down with their neck and head. So for now I have jammed a wooden prop in the back in order to keep the sink in the most forward and down position. All in all, the $230 shampoo chair unit has cost close to $300--so far.Like a lot of items on Amazon, this same unit (or awful darn close to this unit) sells on other beauty supply websites for a lot more. You can tell from photos that they are selling the same darn plumbing and chair for a lot more. So you pick your poison. If I could have found something that looked a lot different and better quality, I would have bought it. But I couldn't see paying 5,6 or even 700 for something that wasn't going to be all that much different. As the man says, "It is what it is, Paulie."

Good company
We had a scratch on the bowl of both chairs and contacted the seller. They immediately took care of the issue promptly. Things happen which is understandable..... it’s how a company takes care of those things. They did quickly. The chairs themselves are great chairs. Built strong and pretty easy to install.

Good product
I purchased this product for my wife’s at home salon. The shampoo bowl and chair itself is a good product and works well. But the drain hose popped off and snapped at the threads the first time we used it. I emailed the company and they replied right away and sent a replacement part.

Quality
I wish I could write a 5 star review. I have been privileged to be raised in a environment of beauty all of my life . Having the life of “Salon “ owner’s daughter then being a owner my self has given me much insight about salon products, tools and furnishings. This bowl is definitely not an easy assemble , we hired a professional contractor and Plumber. The parts are very cheap , we had to reconfigure the entire engineering . This project took 5 days just to finagle and make work because it really isn’t equipped for industrial / commercial purposes. If I had to do it again I would spend a bit more just so I can have a better product. I would not return because we spent way too much money even more than the cost of the product to get it installed properly. Wishing my stylist peers out there best of luck .
