Zotos Warm & Gentle Perm

I have long and thick hair. I got 2 boxes and that was enough for me.The process wasn't too difficult but ensure you read and follow the instructions for a safe procedure.Of course, this is a chemical procedure and it did cause a little bit of hair damage. However, I was surprised that my ends (bleached 2 times and dyed 3 times previously) didn't melt off. This could be because of genetics so take that with a grain of salt.Overall, I am very happy with my results. It's been 4 months since I did it and my hair still looks good and curly.

A very good ... non damaging perm. But ... read the directions very carefully. I recently went to my local Sally's store, only to learn that they only sell perms to professionals. I was able to purchase this perm for a very good price at Amazon. Years ago I paid quite a large sum just to have my hair permed with this product and my hair was not damaged. It was the best perm ... because I only wanted to have body and waves ... not tight curls. I used the large, pink, jumbo rods that Amazon sells. Note: only purchase 1 pkg. (36) rods are in one order. The photo for the rods only shows (12) but you get (36). That's all you need. You will need perm tissue papers for your perm. They do not come in the Warm and Gentle perm box. Last, you will need a bonnet hair dryer for this perm. After you apply the wave lotion, ( two bottles need to be mixed together), put the plastic cap on your head and then the dryer bonnet on high heat and wait for 15 min. ... no longer. Follow the rest of the instructions. I hope this information is helpful.

This permanent wave is probably very good but one of the first ingredients is hydrogen peroxide which I am deathly allergic to. Didn't catch that when I ordered two. Probably is a nice perm but not for me. I gave to my hair stylist.

When I ordered this perm it said that it came for in a package I only received one and it cost me $39 to get one of these perms and that is absolutely ridiculous there should have been four and I received one so no I am not happy

I followed the directions and left it in for the correct amount of time, but did not give my hair the body perm I’m used to with other brands.

I have had countless perms for over 40 years. This is the ONLY perm that absolutely damaged my hair beyond recovery. Used the perm ten months ago and have had several cuts and still my hair is damaged and breakage is ridiculous. Truly do not recommend this product.

I was requested to perm bleached platinum extensions. Oh boy! That’s a stylist’s nightmare. This hair was already so damaged and compromised I didn’t think it was possible.I’m so impressed! This perm totally exceeded my expectations in every way.Note: it’s not only about what’s in the box. That’s a very small part in achieving good results. It more about the wrap, processing, rinsing, and knowledge. I used 6 different additives with this perm at different times throughout the process to protect the integrity of the hair. Knowing the what, why, how, and when are everything… so if you’re not licensed, for the love of your hair and all things holy please go see a stylist and don’t try this at home. :)

My hair is very difficult to manage especially in humid weather and I live in Florida!I actually used this product as a reverse perm. I needed to straighten my hair as opposed to curling it.I am so pleased with the results. I've tried all kinds of products but this by far has given me the best results. The "icing on the cake" is that my hair looks and feels so much healthier. I am 62 years old and my hair showed my age dry, brittle... This product has given me the benefit of remembering what my hair was like 30 years ago.I am going to purchase three more boxes to keep here at the house to use when needed. GREAT PRODUCT
