Product looks used
Product has scuff marks and looks used. The pull tabs to activate the devices were missing as well.

It worked but there are no directions.
I wasted time and even returned one of these because it kept giving me false positives. However, when the second one was doing the same thing, I changed my settings that mange the sensor in a way that counters common sense (can't remember the setting). It would have saved a ton of time if the box told me to set up the sensor in that fashion, to begin with.

Alerts within seconds of a start of a flood
I purchased this addition to my Qolsys alarm system after a basement flood due to an AC condenser coil freeze up. I installed this just in time, as the coil froze up an hour after its installation! I was alerted immediately to address the issue with minimal flooding! Great product and NO falses either!

Works great!
Added sensor in less than a minute on a qolsys iq2+ panel. Just go to advanced settings, enter installer code, add sensor, security sensor, auto learn sensor. After pulling the battery tabs, just open the cover to trigger a 'tamper' and the sensor will add to the panel. Name it and place it where you please. I tested mine right away, sent a alarm to the panel within a second or two and ADT was calling me within 5 seconds, woops! But all things considered, I am very happy with these sensors. Placed one in my basement next to my water heater and one in a guest bathroom behind the sink. You can literally add one below every faucet in your house and it'd probably be a good idea.. Alarm.com also makes a water shut off valve so when flood sensors are triggered, it will turn off the main water valve, how cool is that!?
