How did we make the most luxurious pair of underwear 100% in America? We started with premium, long-staple, American grown PIMA cotton. Knowing that no one likes shrinkage down below, we took it out - all of it - by preshrinking not once, but twice. In the first bath we applied colors - 8 vivid hues - using a garment dye process that allows the custom plush elastic to pick up some of the color, while leaving the thread a bold, high-contrast white. In the second wash we added enzymes, lots of them, to soften the fabric even more. Simply put, you've never felt a pair of underwear this soft.
