Great product for the college athlete on a college budget
I'm giving this 5 stars because of the results that I've had over the course of more than 3 months.I started off on the regular muscle mix powder and then switched to this when I realized there was a collegiate brand (I am a female college athlete). I can't say that I like the collegiate better than the original muscle milk but I can say that my results were the same if not better with the collegiate. I was on the collegiate for 2 months compared to the one month of the original.To make my shakes I do two scoops with some ice and water in a blender. Occasionally I'll use almond milk instead of water which makes for a richer, creamier taste. If you use sweetened almond milk it makes for a very delicious breakfast shake, but I was satisfied with the taste even just using water. I will say that this tastes better the colder it is. I don't like it half as much without ice.I have a blender bottle that I've used to take my shake for lunch. I bring the powder in the morning and then add water later for a quick meal. It doesn't blend as well in the bottle so I try to stick to a blender, but the taste is still the same. It's just a matter of preferenceMy results with this have been amazing to say the least. I've lost quite a few pounds and put on a lot of muscle weight. Mind you I was never really overweight to begin with but drinking this about once a day combined with a workout about 5 days a week gave me great results. Lots of muscle definition, and friends/family have commented on my improved appearance. Even if this tasted terrible id keep the 5 star rating based on the results alone.I go through about one tub of this a month. My boyfriend also has a serving several times a week and I don't always have a shake in the morning. So depending on your usage I would say one person could get anywhere from a month to two months worth of shakes out of a tub of this.Overall I'd say this is the best powder I've ever tried. Male or female - great for any athlete. It can be used as a meal replacement for breakfast, pre, or post workout. I'm not a body builder by any means but I workout at least 5 times a week and this has given me consistent results.

Must Have use only wit milk not water only whole milk not fat free milk or 20* or low fat milk has to be whole milk only no water blend it with a smoothie maker then drink it only after a 2hour and 50 minute non stop workout no pause brakes or rest do not drink water after work out eat protien food meat and drink this. 5 full scoops in blender blend it with milk only no water 3,1/2, - 4 cups of milk drink with dinner stand up for 20-30 minutes no sitting no laying down for 20- 30 minutes keep head up breathe with your mouth open.keep your hand normal not on your hips when resting do this for 4 times a day for 4 days out of the week for 3 weeks out of a month for 9 months straights and rest for 3 months and repeat each time every time you want more results ect.. DON'T CHEAT THE SYSTEM. AND THE RESULTS WONT CHEAT YOU. this has bin the word from the Gulo

I like Muscle Milk
I used to row in college and was introduced to this product in our weight room. Unlike most recovery supplements, this actually tastes like it could be real. There's no awful aftertaste, more of it dissolves than any other product that I've used, and when I'm finished I'm not left with the sensation of having powder in my mouth. This is my favorite "recovery" product post-run and post-weights. Personally, I prefer to combine with milk rather than water.But the point of collegiate rather than regular muscle milk is that it meets NCAA standards - so there's no additives that might get you banished from competition (at least, it' not supposed to). Therefore, I trust is slightly more than regular muscle milk.

I am not a connoisseur of protein drinks, but this is good
I must say that this is the best brand that I have tasted. I have bought the cookies and creme and have tried the vanilla; thus by this comparison, go with the vanilla. I say this because it mixes better with different things (ie: smoothie style shake) where as the cookies and creme is better on its own. It has little chunks of "cookies" in it and thus you either have to chew it or drink the chunks, not that pleasant.

THE BEST PROTEIN MONEY CAN BUY
I have been using protein for 15 years.THIS IS THE BEST TASTING PROTEIN MONEY CAN BUY.Not to mention the absolutely REVOLTING gains I got with it. My shoulders have morphed from shoulders into boulders. If I was stranded on a deserted island with my kid and could only have one thing, I'd bring a speedboat so I could send my kid out on runs to get muscle milk while I got jacked on the island.

Delicous and easy breakfast for people who don't eat or don't have time for breakfast
Killer deal for muscle milk fans.I don't eat breakfast, never really have For the longest time I have just been drinking a muscle milk shake in the morning. This stuff is the only protein powder i actually ENJOY. I'll usually just mix it with some ice cold milk and drink it on my way to work. Makes me feel so much better through the day and never get that sickly feeling you can get if you go all morning without eating much.

Fantastic!
This is a great value for the cost. My son and I drink this everyday, wouldn’t go a day without it. I feel so energized after this beverage. A must try. Use milk not water!!!
