The pant is high quality; however, I am 5'3" and an athletic 122 pounds and carry my weight in my butt, and the pants were too tight in the butt, restricting movement on the upper quad as a result. I have never worn a medium in pants and am guessing that the medium would have been too gape-y in the waist. I like that the pants weren't super long and could be attractively rolled for those of us on the petite side. If they fit, they would have been great!

Very very warm and totally waterproof. Wore them for a day of snowtubing.
