Easy upgrade for CX-5
It took a few weeks to get here. Install was easy. 12mm wrench and 12mm socket are the only tools needed. No instructions, but search YouTube for CX-5 hood struts. Easy upgrade.

Super easy to install.
Crazy easy to install. Just follow the directions from the image. All you'll need is a 12mm wrench and/or 12mm deep socket. Some may need a breaker to losen the 12mm hood bolt, but a 12-inch wrench worked fine for me.

Spring clips and no instructions
Spring clips and no instructions. Should I ask for my refund now or wait until they offer to send me a replacement with instructions on how to make this easy? EVERY CLIP DID THE EXACT SAME THING.Now Im scuffing them up trying to fix them. Either send me replacement clips with instructions or issue a refund. I have spent over an hour working on these stupid clips and I have have damn near every tool ever needed in my box.Maybe sending the clips separated from the struts with instructions might help. I dont know.

Don't cancel if they get stuck in customs, have patience and they will come
These are amazing. The bracket for the prop rod in my CX-5 snapped off and instead of fixing it I wanted to find a better solution. These are fantastic. Super easy to install and use. The only criticism I have is that these got heavily delayed by customs in China during shipping. Ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and they just got here on 1/13. Have patience though, they will make it through and they're worth it for $24.

Easy install
This is very easy to install and for the price it’s a great upgrade for the car, no need to fiddle with the hood, easy open and close.

Easy installation, once you find instructions.
No instructions included. You can find installation videos on YouTube. Once you watch them, it takes less than 10 minutes to install. Fits well.

Fits like a glove
Easy installation, just have to figure out the proper way to install the parts that go on the hood looking at the pictures, other than that it fits like a glove. Just need to see how long it will last.
