Works very well for structural reinforcement
I fly high power rockets, and I use two-part foam for a variety of reasons, mostly for structural support in areas that are hard to access, like the spaces between a rocket's fins and the motor tube. Compared to 2-part foams sold by rocketry companies, this is much cheaper by volume and is the same exact product, I believe. The expansion rate is easily manipulated with a few drops of water, if desired, and it cures quickly and is great for filling areas and adding structural stability at the same time.

Great Flotation Foam
This was my first time using pourable urethane foam. Be sure that you order enough before you start your project. When first mixed, the foam is very liquid and will seep out of any gaps in the enclosure you are filling so sure that any area you need foam free is well sealed. To avoid overfilling, I suggest that you wait until the mixture has doubled in volume before pouring. That should minimize the amount that will need to be trimmed after it hardens. If you see that you have overfilled a cavity, don't panic and start scooping it out. Let it harden then trim off the excess.

This liquid foam kit worked really well for what I applied it to. I use it for flotation on some remote control boats. Some of the boats are quite fast and can get out of control ending upside down or in some position that it is not supposted to be in. These boats are expensive and if they sink I stand to loose quite a bit of money. This stuff keeps them on top of the water to where I can get them.

Molded seat insert
This foam kit worked great for making a molded seat insert for my race car. If you're going to use this for a seat insert and a 44gal contractor trash bag like I did, do a half pour. I used the whole kit and it expanded a lot more than I thought it would. My helper had to scoop a lot back into the mixing bucket. I'm going to have to remake the seat since I wasn't able to get into the best position. I will be ordering another kit before next season.

Great results
Worked perfect. I ran a small sample mixed with a pop-sickle stick this worked a OK but then I started using a paint mixer attached to an electrical screw driver. This made a big difference and gave me more work-time to spread it in the mold..Used Johnson's paste wax for mold release on 3D printed PLA molds and got very good results. You can sand it if you need to.

Awesome Stuff!
Works exactly as described. I was able to use 3/4 of this to fill a life cast of an average sized female bust (size: neck down to lower hips). 1:1 mixture stirred quickly and poured within minutes. It expands at a rapid rate, so if you are unsure of how much to use, make sure you try it in small amounts first.

Oh man, she's pissed
We don't have a garage, so I used this in my kitchen to make my kid a foam sword and I used WAYYY too much and this stuff went everywhere...I mean, it's all over the place and there is NO stopping it when the reaction starts. She's so pissed at me right now.
