Paradise Herbs Organic Shatavari Supplement, Traditional Ayurvedic Herb, Helps Support Female Reproductive System, 60 Count Capsules

I have used 4 different brands of shatavari capsules and so far this is the brand that I feel the effects of the most. I recently had to switch to a different brand because this one is no longer available and I am so bummed. I am way more cranky since I switched (less patient with my kids, and less likely to want to be intimate with my partner). I really hope they bring this back because it worked so well for me. With other brands you are supposed to take 2 capsules and only 1 with Paradise brand - And still the others pale in comparison. I suppose it’s because this brand uses a root extract and not just ground up roots/parts. I will switch to a liquid extract until I paradise brings it back, although I don’t like taking liquid extract because the dose is less precise/not consistent and I take all my capsules at the same time easily.

Shatavari is a wonderful women's herbal supplement for anytime health care, but if you're on the ride of menopause, this can truly help balance your moods, emotions, and over all energy. Great for helping with menstrual cycles too. Wish I'd had known about it when I was younger for the mood swings.

I use this and Remifenin to alleviate symptoms of menopause and I'm utterly shocked to report that they work!

I works for when I am awake. When I sleep, I still wake up with hot sweats. :(
