Is it suitable for sublimation print？

Dye-sublimation? The R220 is inkjet, and water-based ink. I don’t think Epson even makes due-sub inks for it. I tried substitute inks in one, and it hosed up the printer. I only use Epson inks (with the guitar on the package) now.

Can i print over dvds that are storebought and already have lables?

I don't think you will have good results. My experience is the ink will not dry very fast. I have left some sit for days before they dry. Most will dry overnight. The printer will print fine,

Why do the reviews say $99 when the cost is $299?

Most likely because the reviews are from 2010 or older.
