Great, light weight stick vac
After six month's I am comfortable writing a review of this product. Our house is mostly hard surface with some area rugs and bedroom carpet. This vac is great on the lvt and you can adjust the suction down as necessary and also to increase battery life. You can also turn the beater bar off. This is so easy to use, light weight, and as a result easy to get under beds or other furniture. Battery life is good to great. Easy of use is outstanding. The dust cup is small but also easy to dump. I would NOT rinse off the filter as recommended, bur rather tap it clean or blow it off with some canned air. Rinsing seems to create mud in the filter seams and also causes an odor that takes awhile to dissipate. We bought this as a support vacuum but it has turned into our go-to vac for general cleaning.

Initial suction power is good but short lasting.
While the overall unit appears well made, it falls short on filtration capacity. After vacuuming a hall runner which had been vacuumed just a week prior, the filter became totally clogged and the dirt chamber was only minimally filled. The filter area is way too small and the cleaning process is cryptic. So much for German engineering! Good ideas but not extremely user friendly. Haven't used it since the first failure. Return is anticipated.

Buy this from a local dealer
I was so excited about this product and having a personal connection to this company, bought one with great hopes. Alas, it was not to be. The first one broke down within a few weeks. Karcher replaced it for me, and guess what, this one has broken down as well. I was willing to give the machine a second chance, but I don't want a third one, which is now my only choice.I have asked for my money back, but I am caught in limbo between Amazon's policies and Karcher's policies. I do not want a third vacuum, just a simple refund. To be fair, both customer service agents were gracious and patient (they don't make the rules), but I am frustrated as I am now stuck with a product that doesn't work and with no possible recourse. Except a new machine. Karcher should stick by their reputation for quality and take it back - but since I bought it through Amazon and missed the 3 month return window, that is not going to happen.If you really want this product, buy it through a dealer. You will get your warranty and if something goes wrong, you can get your money back. Anyone want a vacuum??

no capacity
No capacity! Great suction, ease of use and very lightweight. I don't understand why the company put such a tiny dust cup on such a powerful vacuum. I vacuumed half of a small room and had already filled the cup beyond its capacity. If ever they fix this, I'll be the first to buy one!

Major Design Flaw makes this Vacuum Useless
This vacuum has a design flaw that makes it unable to pickup even the smallest pieces of dirt or even dried leaf pieces. Every piece of dirt it suctions up presses against the filter and then reduces its suction. After 30 seconds to a minute of vacuuming, it can't even pick up a dime sized piece of dried leaf. It's absolutely useless. I gave it as a gift and the return period had elapsed so I'm stuck with it. Do NOT buy this if you want a functioning vacuum.

Best value.
The only dislike is the size of the waste container. But I knew that when I bought it. I still think this is the best value I cordless vacuums.

Do not buy this vacuum
I bought this vacuum for it's cordless and maneuverability features in May of 2020. By December, when you turn it on, the roller would spin for 7 seconds and then stop. I contacted Karcher and they sent a new one. It's April 2021 and the replacement is doing the same thing. Buyer beware! I'm very disappointed and it isn't a cheap vacuum.

great for solid floor and low rugs.
We have a combo of wood and laminate flooring. This vacuum has adjustable power settings and roller brush on/off button. It has a lot of power, but isn't able to pick up pebbles. It works on low pile carpets. It is very light weight compared to other cordless vacuums - nice! Beware of any cords or shoe laces - it will suck them up. I have a 2100 sq ft house and the power charge only lasts for about 1/2 - 2/3 of the house (depending on power usage). Also the dust bin is really small, but easy to clean out, if you have a lot of dust/dirt/dog hair you will have to empty more than once. Hair and strings will wrap around roller so will need to clean roller at least every other use.

very weak suction even on highest setting
A couple things. This handheld is extremely lightweight. The components are good-quality plastic etc. The bin is easy to empty but is extremely small even for a handheld. The suction is very weak even w/ the highest setting and the motorized brush ON. The battery doesn’t last long at all but also takes hours to charge it to full. Also not advertised in the item description here, this was manufactured and assembled in China....

Facile a utiliser, Légère et maniable.
Mes commentaires ne sont pas très bons. Depuis l'achat en août 2019, le premier reçu n'a duré que 9 mois avant de terminer sa vie. Un remplacement sur garantie fut fait sans aucun problème. J'ai reçu une balayeuse neuve dans les 2 semaines et on ne me demandait pas de retourner la première mais de la détruire. Donc depuis mai 2020 j'ai utiliser ma nouvelle . On m'avait avisé que la garantie de 12 mois ne s'appliquait que depuis l'achat initiale. Environ 9 mois plus tard, janvier 2021 la deuxième balayeuse cesse de fonctionner de façon intermittente. Je ne recommanderais pas ce produit a personne. Un produit de ce prix devrait fonctionner plus de 9 mois. Dans mon cas, il est clair que je ne renouvellerai pas avec un tel produit. J'espère que mon évaluation saura vous faire réfléchir avant d'investir.

Recomendado para espacios pequeños
Me ha hecho la vida un poco más fácil, ideal para limpieza rápida de un departamento pequeño, es fácil limpiar el botesito del polvo y no pesa mucho, es bastante cómoda.Me gusta que le puedes quitar el cepillo del suelo para limpieza solo necesitas una moneda para abrirlo.La he utilizado para el piso y también con las cabecillas para aspirar otras cosas, y funcionan bien.El mayor problema que le encuentro es que la batería dura muy poco, siempre que la quieras usar para varios cuartos es necesario que esté al 100% para muy apenas poder alcanzar a hacerlo.

J'ai lu certains commentaires que l'on critiquait la puissance d'aspiration mais j'ai vu des modele de balayeuse électriques aspirer moins que cella. Je regrette pas du tout elle est puissante a son niveau, petite, très légère, belle et elle ce manoeuvre comme aucune balayeuse connu dans ma vie. J'ai pas tester encore la limite de la batterie sur son fonctionnement mais elle est pas bruyante comme j'aurais pensée. Meme mon chum est impressionner. Sa charge complète se fait en maximum 3 heures pour ma part. Très très bien très belle achat aucun regret :-DAu plaisir Sandra de St Apollinaire, QC
