Ok.. may buy again depending on application
I had use these for a guardrail. I would not suggest using these for a handrail whatsoever. If your life is on the line by leaning on whatever post this is on do not do it. It wasn't too difficult to figure out the installation, however the post will not move One Direction, but it does have a little give the other direction. Sufficient for the guardrail, but not something that you wouldn't put weight on. It wasn't any easier than just using blocking to secure the post. Did not save any time. wasn't worth it as I had to buy the bits inorder to drill the holes. After measuring where the holes go, drilling them and learning how to install the first one it took longer than blocking and it was more expensiveI'd used this for 8 4x4 post with stainless steel cable.

Install how??
Holy cow, bought to anchor a 10” cedar post to the floor. Almost impossible to get the holes to line up correctly. We just gave up and used iron brackets.I’m sure it’s easy for a 4x4 or 6x6 inch post but anything much larger is nearly impossible to do.
