Do the bands fit a smaller fence pole?

I think they would be too long.

still not clear...for the $31 price will i get 2 brackets and 2 poles....to allow installation of 1 banner?

I recently purchased this product. It contains everything needed to mount a banner, including 2 mounting brackets, 2 mounting “poles” and 2 sets of bands needed to attach to a light pole.
