This is no miracle weight loss pill BUT it does help and curves the appetitie some and reduces sweet cravings and I also feel it is a mood booster and have read that it can increase serotonin. I started useing faithfully 3 times a day and increased my water intake and just basically watched what I ate but still keeping the same diet but a lil less portions and sweet eating and I have lost 7 pounds 8 weeks so not drasic but encouraging. I will step it up when the weather warms up and start excercising because I lack that.... So it does help but not a miracle.

Doesnt worked for me, I did not loose weight, but yes it calms your appetite and sweet cravings. I just maintained my weight. I think that doing exercise and having healthy food + taking garcinia cambogia, you should have excellent results. So if you think this pill is magic, and it will get those extra pounds away miraculously you are wrong.
